Your timepiece can begin in one of two ways.
For those looking to personalize an established design, our online configurators allow you to select a watch style and customize its visual elements to your preference. Once your design is complete, simply copy your build code, add the watch to your cart, and paste the code into the “Notes” section during checkout so our atelier can begin preparing your configuration.
For a completely unique creation, our bespoke service allows you to bring an original idea to life. After an initial consultation to discuss your vision, requirements, and budget, we develop layouts and renders of the proposed watch. Once the design is approved, fabrication begins, with the timeline and specifications documented clearly before production starts.
Whether you begin with a configuration or a completely original concept, every watch is built with careful attention to detail and individuality.
Customization depends on the watch model selected. Available options may include the case, strap, bezel (on applicable diver models), dial, date display, hour and minute hands, GMT hand, and seconds hand.
Our configurators are designed to give you extensive control over the appearance of your watch, while our bespoke service allows for a deeper level of personalization when creating something entirely original.
For watches ordered through our online configurators, production and sourcing typically take approximately two weeks. Delivery times vary depending on your location, generally ranging from three business days to two weeks.
Bespoke creations follow an individual timeline based on the complexity of the design, required components, and fabrication process. Your expected completion schedule will be clearly outlined before production begins.
We carefully select movements based on reliability, performance, and suitability for each design.
Our watches may feature Swiss movements from manufacturers such as Sellita, known for their proven reliability and used throughout the Swiss watch industry. We also incorporate Japanese automatic, mechanical, and high-end quartz movements where their characteristics make them the ideal choice for a particular creation.
As we continue exploring new possibilities, any movement choice will always be communicated transparently. Our goal is to use the right components to bring exceptional watch concepts to life.
Every timepiece is covered by our manufacturer's warranty against defects in materials and workmanship. Coverage periods and exclusions vary by collection and are included with your purchase documentation.
Yes. We offer complimentary engraving for watches ordered on our site.
Your timepiece can be personalized with initials, names, dates, coordinates, or a short personal message. Simply contact our team before production begins, and we will help arrange your engraving request.
We offer insured, trackable delivery to many destinations worldwide. Shipping times, import duties, taxes, and customs requirements vary by destination. Available delivery methods and estimated arrival dates are shown at checkout.
Changes are generally possible while an order remains in the design or pre-production stage. Once components have been customized or assembly has begun, changes may no longer be possible. Contact our concierge team as soon as possible if you need to make an adjustment.
We accept major credit and debit cards along with secure payment options available in your region. Where offered, installment or financing options are displayed during checkout.
Personalized watches may be final sale because they are produced specifically to your configuration. If your watch arrives with a manufacturing defect or differs from the confirmed specification, our team will work with you under the applicable warranty and returns policy.

Our watches are created to be enjoyed, not simply stored away. Their individuality is part of their purpose, and each piece is meant to become part of your daily life.
To maintain your timepiece, avoid harsh chemicals, unnecessary impacts, and conditions beyond its specified water resistance. Clean it gently with a soft microfiber cloth and follow the care guidance provided with your watch.
Mechanical and automatic watches should receive professional servicing at appropriate intervals to ensure continued performance.
